About

When our younger daughter, then about two, climbed into Sherri’s arms after a long day playing with her cousins at her grandparents’ ranch, she was exhausted. Big tears welled up in her eyes and Sherri asked, “What’s wrong, honey?” Even there, at play in a perfect Pacific Northwest evening and among her family, she realized that she was a long way from home. “I don’t know,” the small voice whimpered, “I just want to go back to my little blue house.”

Years later, during a big remodeling project, we considered painting the house a new color. As we sat at the kitchen table, that same daughter, now ten, eyed the assorted paint chips with suspicion. No matter how we tried to “spin” the decision, we couldn’t generate enthusiasm for green or grey or brown. In the end, we couldn’t bear to make the change, so our little blue house remains our little blue home.

And so, in some senses, that home helps to define us.

What People Say

I’m not sure that I’ve met a more talented guy than Jeff. In fact, if I was just a little more jealous, I wouldn’t write this. In all seriousness, the guy can do it all from production, editing and writing to singing, piano playing and construction. A real modern day Renaissance man.

Jeff is amazing to work with. Give him the text and five minutes later he is ready to go and flawless. Can’t say enough about his ability on camera.

Robert Spruill, Filmshack

Indeed, it’s a pleasure to unconditionally recommend Jeff Wilson as a gifted television host who knows how to connect with an audience; as a world-class voice-over narrator; as a perceptive and knowledgeable media producer, and most of all as a human being.
